Sir on 5th november amount of rs399 has been deducted from my new account on phonepe app. The transaction for recharging account has been cancelled but still after 10 days they hadn't refunded it and there is no response from customer care they are just exceeding the days to solve the issue. Please help me to solve my problem for this i will remain grateful to you. Thanking you

Updated by KritRohit I have by mistake selected the Àircel number [protected] with a Jio service provider while recharging so the transaction get cancelled but my money hasn't been refunded yet.please help me
