PhonePe — cashback not received against the referral link code sentn

I have shared my link to my freind. And my freind signup the phone pe with my link. And he add the bank account. And when he has done the first transaction he didnt get the cashback and same here i also didnt recieve the cashback. And when i call the customer care he says that it will take 4 days to credit the cashback. But it almost 4 days i didnt get the cash back.
