PhonePe — cashback not received: cheating with customer | |||||
Hello, I have purchased a gold from the "phonepe: buy online gold" of rs 1000 on 7th september 2018 (Time: 10:23 pm). With this purchase, i was eligible for getting the cashback of rs 50. Transaction id: n[protected] There have been nearly 20 days but they are not giving my cashback of rs 50. Every time i call to phonepe customer care executive, they told me to wait for 2 days more (Ticket issue number:[protected]. I think they are not working on my issue and cheating the customer by not giving their money. I want you to take action against them. From last 20 days, they are wasting my time also. Who is going to take the responsibility of this cheating, and what actions will be taken by consumer complaint desk for this kind of cheating. I have attached a snapshot also in which you can clearly see that "applied offers rs 50 cashback" is written. Please take action as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have transferred 500rs to account number linked with phonepe number [protected] and at that time it was shown successful and I was sure it will be credited but it is not till now even after 22 hours . need my money back as soon as possible.the phonepe people are not respondng.plz help me get my money. am tryng to contact them but no response
