PhonePe — Claim Rewards, when I Scratch, my Amount Rs.1,965 is debited from my bank account

By Advertise send Prize money in Bank. By Default a Claim reward is display in my phone(Phone pe) app.when I Scratch this card and give my UPI pin, my amount Rs.1, 965 is debited from my bank account. So, please take necessary action to Refund my Money to my bank account.This money is my hard work and earn this Money.
