PhonePe — Complaint to the Phonepay Permanent Account Block

I wish to bring a serious issue to your attention. I am a victim of fraud involving my account. The incident occurred on 4 October in Jaipur. I have already informed the cyber crime department about this, and I also filed an FIR regarding the phone theft.

Despite this, my account was permanently locked by PhonePe. As requested, I submitted other government identity documents besides Aadhaar, along with my bank passbook, but the account was still not unlocked. Later, I received a message stating that my account had been blocked by a local law enforcement agency, and that I needed a No Objection Certificate from the local police station to unlock it. Even after i was ready to providing that certificate, I was informed over a phone call that my account has been permanently closed and cannot be reopened

This situation has caused me both financial and mental distress. I request a fair investigation of this matter, a review of the permanent restriction placed on my account, and an appropriate resolution.
