On December 18th I had sent money to vibcare pharma account through my UPI account, ([protected]@ybl)amounts 1260 &8814 against invoice .after some days the company person told me that the amount is not credited in vibcare account, then I made a complaint in my bank, (Punjab national bank )they told me it’s credited in vibcare account, but vibcare pharma is denaying. Bank told me to contact phone pe support.I made complaints on phone pe too .

I’m always making payment through my UPI account (paytm) for one year to this company.I am associated with them as a franchise owner.
For three weeks I did follow up with company, the vibcare management told me it’s not credited in their account linked with [protected] ICICI bank account I made payment on November 18.
