Today i was done one dth recharge. The amout is 1100. And the transaction id is : n2004131237207659888600. But that recharge gone failed. At that time that amout was deducted from my account. After that again i tried once more that time the recharge was successfully done. But the amounts are deducted two times from my account. Still that failed recharge amout is not refunded.
