PhonePe — deduction from my account. but bill not received | |||
Dear phone pe, My self santosh satapathy. On 24th january 2019, i paid my electricity bill (Rs. 788) for the month of december 2018 with the help of phonepe before date. But still it is not showing in wesco account (Biller). Already amount deduct from my account. Please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible. Trans. Id - n1901241504097243673933 Bbps trans. Transaction details. . .. ... IDP1901231500313562053778. Amount Rs5000. Ticket id#38521385, above information is my debited amount, but not credited so pls rectify my problem
I have transferred an amount of Rs. 40000 in the evening of 2nd Feb, the transaction got failed and the amount got deducted from my account.
so how much time will it take to refund the amount back to my account.
