We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your time on the phone call. As per our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you that the recharge transaction of rs 399/- of your jio no [protected] with the transaction id: nx[protected] on 05/01/2018 is in pending status. However we request you to wait till 07/01/2018 for the status to get updated as failed or success. If the transaction is failed you will get the reversal and if the transaction is successful you will get the recharge. Once the transaction is successful you get the recharge after that within 24 hours the cashback will be credited to your phonepe wallet. They have told this. But don't refund after the waiting of more then80 hor and tell me to wait for another 72 hour.in this way they are harrassing Was this information helpful? | |||||
