PhonePe — due to reverse transaction amount is neither credited to beneficiary account nor in the sender's account.

I had a transaction on 6 jan 2019 . The amount of 4000 rs is transfered to an account in the same branch . The benifecery account is also linked to the same phone pe account but the Amount is not credited in the benifcery or sender account due to reverse transaction.what could i do to get my amount in my account again and how can it be done please guide me .
