PhonePe — electricity bill due

I paid electricity bill using phone pay on 4rth march, i came to know that electricity bill is due.
-while transaction was successful (screen shot attached), i checked on https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getViewPayBill website, my electricity bill is due.
-refund my money and damages.
-electricity man come to my house to cut electricity connection, any how i convene him.
