[Resolved] PhonePe — electricity bill payment incomplete in phonepe. amount deducted from my bank account by phonepe

Every month i pay electricity bill from phonepay app. This month bill amount deducted from my bank by phonepay but till now payment not completed.
I created phone pay ticket no 60983679 but no response from phonepay support team. I'm a regular customer of phonepay and can't even expect this type of support from phonepay. I tried to call them, created ticket nothing worked. I don't know why this happening to me being a regular customer. So disappointed. Phenpay deducted money from my bank account but didn't pay the bill. Worst experience.

I called customer care of phonepe and they took quick action. I got my money back. I'm satisfied.
