PhonePe — Failed transaction debited but not refunded | |||||
I made a payment using phone pe app on 08th may of 14500 through my central bank account. Payment was cancelled by app (Screenshot1). However as per bank amount has been debited successfully. Please help as i am not getting any satisfactory answer from the support team and i am in urgent need of the amount. I have already checked with bank and shared utr also.
