PhonePe — false transaction

On dated 17.10.2017, i had withdrawl rs 5000/- from my phonepe wallet to my registred dena bank account no[protected]. The amount has been debit from wallet but not credit in my account, even the phonepe customer care doesnot receive the call. They give me the utr no[protected] & told me for contact banking branch, when i was contact to bank, bankers told me the utr no is not valid it must have starting any bankcode.

Then from last 6 das i m asking to phonepe for provide me details from which bank they have done transction,

Still now the phonepe doesnit give me any reply.
