Mujhe bataya gaya tha, ki use vavcher code ko keval shopping ke liye keval flipkard par hi use kar sakte aap,
Maine use gift card ko flipkard ke gift card wollet me add kar liya, fir flipkard ke gift wollet card se date - 13/02/2018 (Honor 9lite - mobile) order kiya tha, jiska totel amout tha 10999 tha, uska payment maine 10099 gift card se kiya tha, baki ka maine mere hdfc bank ke cradit card se kiya tha (900 repye)
Saller ki taraf se wo order cencelled kar diya gaya, jiska mujhe refund 15/02/2018 ko 09:26pm jaise payment proses se kiya tha, waise hi wapas aa gaya tha, lekin date 16/02/2018 ko mera gift card jiski kimat thi, 9999 or 100 = 10099 wo ko flipkard ki taraf se deactivet kar diya gaya jiska time tha,
Pahla card jiski kimat thi 9999 ko time - 03:04pm or dusra gift card jiski kimat thi, 100 ko time - 03:06pm ko deactivete kar diya gaya baar baar custemer cure call karke uski complen bhi kar par koi responds nahi mila keval humesha aaswasan hi mila hai, lekin pher custmer cure unke suniur adhikari se baat hua tha to unhone bataya ki flipkard wollet jo hai wo phone pe wollet hai, aapko phone pe par mail karna hoga aapko or aapko wahi se mail ya call aayega or aapki problem ko shol kiya jayenga
So phone pe aapse requst hai, ki aao meri problem shol kijiye or mujhe mera paisa refund karwaye
