I have made payyment of mseecdl electricty bill on 19-jan 2019. Amount of 580 rs debited from my bank account. However in bill of mar19.. This is came as pending. As its 60 day old trans unable to raise complaint in phone pay. Emectricty ppl teling reveral happened. But nothing in bank account or phone pay as reversal. Screenshot attched for quick refn
