PhonePe — fraud cash back offer

I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 399 on[protected]. Phonepay was showing 100 cashback offer on first prepaid recharge and this was my first recharge. But, they credited only rs30 to wallet. I written their customer care with ticket id:#2918557 but they are not responding and delivery to mail id: [protected]@phonepe.com has failed. What to do now.

Updated by kumar6vivek I got victim of wallet fraud by posting my number to your site. A call from [protected] was received in name of customer care and they cracked my wallet and made a huge financial loss
