[Resolved]  PhonePe Fund Transfer Transaction Successful But Still Not Credited To The Receiver Account — amount not credit to account

On 3 september i transfer money to my friend bank. Money is debited from my account but not credit to other account. Done payment through phone pe.
In phone pe it's showing successful but amount is not credit to other bank first is showing pending but after 2 days successful.

Phone pe says call your bank bank says it's third party application so we can't do anything
