PhonePe — fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account.

On 2nd oct 20199, i have transferred rs.%000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, belgaum transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 72634040. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1910021134115717571916. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue.
