I did a transaction of 37000 rupees transferring it via phone pe from one a/c to another, the transaction was done on 1st may 2020 it was successful in phone pe and showed it promptly, i received the message from sender bank that the amount has been debited but the receiver bank did not receive the amount.
I have called both banks but they keep bouncing me saying that it is a third-party app issue and we cannot do anything, phone pe is saying that the transaction is successful from their end and to contact the sender bank for chargeback no one is able to provide a solution and the amount is required for urgent purposes.
