PhonePe — hdfc credit card payment with phonepe app is not reflected in biller account | |
Hi, I paid my HDFC Visa credit card dues of Rs 20000/- through Phone Pe app at 08:25AM/04-Dec-2019. I got the bill payment status as succesful with operator ref ID[protected] and the same amount was debited from my bank a/c (UTR:[protected]. But the amount was not updated against my credit card account. I tried another payment of Rs 5000/- through Phone Pe app earlier (08:20AM/04-Dec-2019) and later (10:30AM/04-Dec-2019) it was credited instantly. I tried to raise a customer complaint on Phone Pe and I was asked to wait for the next few days. Could you please clarify on why the biller has not acknowledged this payment unlike the other two cases. Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |
