PhonePe — holding my money. deducted money from my account but not credited to receiver account

I transfer my money from one account to another in phone pe... Money debited from my account and they are not credited that amount to concerned receivers account. Keeping with money with them for three four days. Customer support also not responding and didn't gave resolution for my issue. Phone pe denied my request of money transfer and holding my money with them.
