PhonePe — I am complaining regarding fraud

Address:NJP MAIN ROAD NEAR NETAJI STATUE SILIGURI WEST BENGAL

While using phonepe one message pops up with a scratch card after scratching it shows you earn a reward worth rupees 1995. After claiming that reward instead of credit it got debited from my account.

HELP ME OUT
AS BECAUSE IT WILL DECREASE YOUR GOODWILL IN THE MARKET.
