PhonePe — I cant withdraw my wallet money due to ekyc issue

After transferring 5000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem.

The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

Please my money was refunnd me i cant afford to recharge its unneccesary go please refund my money its happened unneccesaryly idont want rechange please refund my money of last transaction i am not ready for the last transaction i just want my money back i hope u will help me and gave me my money back please
