Recently i just had faced an issue regarding the failure of transaction of a sum of Rs 15000 through phone pe. The amount is deducted from my bank account and my parter got a confirmation from phone pe that the amount has received but when he checked the account the amount was not reached.
Its been 4 days since the incident had happened till now they are not even trying to listen me. There is no option to contact them. They have a customer care number but no one is picking the phone as well. There is no other ways to inform them. They only have a message system and i wrote them about the issue at the very first time but they are saying that your money will be safe and will be refunded to the original account but i am not sure because its been 3 days there is progress.
