PhonePe — i have transferred 8730/-, transaction was successful, amount deducted but amount not received to the receiver's bank account | |
Please do the needful. I have transferred 8730/- to another bank account via phone pe on 2nd oct 2019;whereas both the side transaction was successful. Amount deducted from my bank account but receiver has not received the amount in his account (Where he got the transaction as successfull in phonepe app); in phone pe app contacted to customer support except the ticket id no response i got and when i cross checked with bank i didnt get any response from there too.
