PhonePe — i made a transfer of 4000 and i got the the successful message on mobile but the beneficiary didn't receive the money in his account.

I made a transfer of 4000 and i got the the successful message on mobile but the beneficiary didn't receive the money in his account. And the date is 13 sep 2019. I tried to contact phonepe support but they are telling me to go to my bank and ask them and when i raise the ticket it says that the beneficiary bank confirmed that the money is credited so please could you help me to get my money back.
