PhonePe — I'm complaining about my refund money

Sir, i was booking a ticket from balugaon to secunderabad.price was 480.but the transaction has failed and money deducated from my account.but still i did nt get any refund money.when i call to the customer care at 24.1.19, they said wait for 24 minute and you will get refund, but not came.again i called to the customer care, they said wait for 3 days and on 28.1.19 you will get refund.again i did wait .but today when i again call to the cuwtomer care they said wait for 9 days again.still i did nt get any refund money.and in my history section it is showing ransaction successful from 24 date.
So please give my refund

I have transfered 2000 rupees on an account on 5th feb and the transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted and i was trying to contact customer care bt there is no respose from there.
I want my money to be refund as soon as possible
Is this the service you are providing to your customers??
