PhonePe — Insurance Declined from Insurance company. Refund needed

I bought an insurance from Phonepe on the 5th of March. It was under processing till 14th of March and it just got declined. The amount though it's debited. When I contacted Phonepe support they said insurance team will connect within 24 hours but they did not. It's been twice they told the same. This is the worst customer support you can offer. Please help get my refund back. I don't want your stupid insurance.
