I had made one transaction(for ordering one product of faballey through payu) using phone pe app on 21.09.2018 of Rs. 950.00, but the said order was unsuccessful, but my account got debited with Rs. 950.00.I submitted complain to my bank for reversal of the said amount and for that my BANK is asking proof of payment/invoice.I tried to take a screenshot for the said transaction from phonepe app and submitted that to the bank, but it was found that the UTR NO. is different in that transaction (screenshot taken from phonepe) with the UTR NO. in my BANK account.I have requested around hundred times to phonepe through mail and telephone to provide me proof of payment/invoice for onwards submission to my bank, but I am just getting the irritating mail from phonepe that we have sent you the invoice, please check your inbox, but there is no mail regarding invoice neither in my inbox nor in spam.I am highly disappointed with phone pe and I will never use this absurd app again.But I need proof of payment or invoice for the said transaction immediately for reversal of the said amount.
