PhonePe — irctc ticket (pending from bank end)

I have tried a irctc train ticket booking through phonepe app. The amount has been debit from my bank account through phonepe. But the ticket is not booked. I checked in my IRCTC account which shows, payment is pending from bank end. Please check this problem and do needful.
Herewith I have attached the screenshot from my irctc account with the reference id number.
