PhonePe — irresponsible support executive

I have ordered my food from phone pe i didnt get dilevered
Order time 9.14 pm
Delivery time 10.20 pm
As my ordered didnt get dilevered i contact supported thrice and they always give me a number which was contiously busy and it ring once no one answered.
Then i reach support who was not taking any responsibilty for these and refuse to answer my queries.
I ask him to answer me one word will my ordered get dilevered or not he doesnt have a answer for that.
And ask me to keep calling the number every hour.
But when i told him about the time and dinner availability around my area he refuse to help.

I want to bring to your notice firstly I tried reaching support with my different number but support executive refuses to answer even to check the ticket which I have raised using the app on thou he has taken all the details my name registered mobile number and still didn't get an answer. The response was to call back again with the registered number.

Then I tried with my registered number ask him to answer me one word will my ordered get delivered or not he doesn't have an answer for that. And ask me to keep calling the number every hour. But when I told him about the time and dinner availability around my area he refuses to help.

The solution provided was to keep calling that number or wait for the food to be delivered and time was around 11:00 PM.

Now I am struggling to get back my amount what I have paid note:- I don't need cashback what I have received as I don't have more faith on this app and what type of support I got.
I don't know some random guy calls me every day and talked with me in some random language, not the one I chose.

From Morning I have received two calls from the support executive and they are answering the same thing. This is to inform to everyone who will see this post. Once the money has been paid a complete amount and you receive a cash back and due to some reason ordered has been canceled you will not get the full amount in your wallet. You will amount deduction of cashback amount (ex 100 paid in full cash and receive 50 as cashback then you will get 50 on your wallet.)

This means you are again bound to use this money using this pathetic app, means in future if the again same thing happens you will get the same amount no you are in the wallet, there are chances you will get stuck in an infinite loop to use this app.
