PhonePe — issue with policies and no clear information on the app & from customer care team | |||||
I have purchased gold from phonepe, and am trying to opt for deliver the same to my home address. Its saying its not possible and you have to wait for 3 days to start the process (+10 days). When i enquired the customercare, they say u have to wait as they dont provide any such details. And interestingly, they say that policies would be there at the time of registration. How come someone remember the policies lifelong. I started going through the app terms and conditions, policies, no where its listed asking me to wait for 3 days. I have called to the customercare team again, one guy spoke with me and he was reluctant to disclose his name and he said to me "if you ask my name, i will disconnect to your call", and nextime i spoke with another guy, he kept me on hold for 30 min and at the end disconnected my call without complete information.
