PhonePe — Issue with transaction and non availability of customer care | |||||
PhonePe is a UPI transactions app jointly developed by Flipkart Payments Limited (subsidiary: FX Mart Pvt. Ltd.) and Yes Bank. I have been using this app for the past 1 month. About 5 days ago I was supposed to receive money via PhonePe from a certain UPI linked account. The transaction ID was P1703312331024499087565. The transaction was stuck at processing and as the sender tells me, the money was debited from his account. My reason for complaint is that even after several attempts, the customer care didn't bother to respond to this problem. I believe an organisation dealing in finances should have a prompt customer service team, however PhonePe customer care is almost non existent, it isn't accessible at all. It always seems to be overloaded and problems aren't solved. Please look into their customer support. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I also have same issue I lost 10000 bucks and nobody damn cares. They say wait for 3 days and it's done by today !!
i have recharge my jio no. [protected] with rs 399 .amount deducted immedietly but it has not been done showing still processing. i want my money refund immedietly .

I did transfer 2000 rupees from SBH (SBI) Kannd to SBH (SBI) Beed on 15/04/2017. The transaction shows in process but money was deducted from account.
The transaction ID is P1704151522052432796427.
Please reply and resolve as early as possible.
