PhonePe — It's been 11 days but credit card bill payment still pending.

Hello,

I have made a credit card bill payment from PhonePe of amount ₹7500 on 7th Sept, 2022.. Today is 18th September, 2022 but still now the bill payment status is showing pending & not credited to my credit card nor refunded to my bank account yet .

Please refund my money back to my source account please
