PhonePe — kfc offer

I ordered 1000 rs worth food from kfc in kakkanad, kochi, kerala. Money was deducted from my phonepe ac which used state bank of india. But unfortunately this money didn't reached kfc's ac. So i had to pay cash to them.
Money is deducted from my sbi ac, i have statement of it.
I compliant phonepe many times. They made me wait for many weeks.
But now they r saying, they didnot recived that 1000 rs. They asked me to go to sbi and ask them..
