PhonePe — loss of rs 498 due to wrong information on the app | |||||
We have done recharge of Rs 498 through phonepe app on 24 April on [protected] which showed package o[censored]nlimited calling with1.4 gb per day of 90 days validity but the actual recharge done was of International roaming with 1 day validity. We pay for some other plan and they gave us some other plan due to which we lost our Rs 498 . We have called many times with the phone pe people but they are not doing anything. Just because they have written wrong information why we will suffer from this. This is a very big amount for us. We cant offord loss of Rs 498. Please take some action against them and make us refund our rupees or give us recharge with 90 days validity. On clicking Withdrawal - it asks me to complete my KYC again and when I click continue - it says that "Sorry, e-KYC services are temporarily unavailable.
