PhonePe — merchant has not received the amount

I haridas, i have done the transaction of 80rs from phonepe. Today morning merchant said me that he has not received the amount but the amount has been debited from my account. I have done the transaction on 13th sep 2019 please find below the transaction id. Could you please resolve my issue
