I have tried contacting the phonepe team and their response has been amazingly pathetic, staff does not know how to behave or respond to customers
Regarding the payments which has been authorized for the tax saving fund was an incorrect investment i have requsted her to process the cancellation - the rep took 30 min to say that, people does not even have a courtesy to keep their customer informed about the wait time, basic telephone etiquette were not followed and over and above that the rep was just in hurry to finish the call with out answering the queries. (Agreed everyone has been working with limited access during covid-19) - that does not mean you will start misbehaving

I haven't experienced such kind of behavior ever - i would prefer to close the account once this is sorted. Extremely insulting - the rep has placed the call on hold and did not come back with the resolutions and then hung up with out any resolution. Was this information helpful? |
