PhonePe — misleading me about the money transfer | |
Sir, I had registered a complaint earlier as well but no steps were taken. I had requested money transfer from wallet a to b because my older number is deactivated now. I contacted phone pe about the same four months back. I was being told the process is on hold. And today when i called, they said the process has been disabled. The amount is 899 rupees. But the efforts i have been making for these four months are huge, mailing and calling them. I just wish the forum strictly takes action against them so that they can't fool people around. Thanks!
