PhonePe Mobile Marketing App — Not refunding money for failed mobile recharge transactions

Sir, i got 3 failed mobile recharge transactions of 99 + 300 + 300 through my debit card, the said amount got deducted from my account but after failed transaction the same amount was not returned to me, though i am repeatedly complaining to the above mobile app custumer support no usefull response from them and there is no call centre number and call back fecility not working plz do the need to get back my money my transactions referance are as follows
1)nx[protected] for 99/- on 31/03/2017,
2) nx[protected] for 300/- on 01/04/2017,
3) nx[protected] for 300/- on 01/04/2017,
