PhonePe — money are not crediting to recipient

I paid money to my friend and those money are debited from my bank and not crediting to my friend bank. I've already sent a message to customer care and raised a ticket. It's been more than 10 days they are not responding. Why are the customer care not responding and why is the money isn't credited to my account back if the payment was unable to complete in 3 days span

My last transaction was completed 6 days back but still not credited amount to receiver account..
I have transferred money and also it got deducted from my account but still the amount didn't credited to receiver.Its already been 4days .
I sent 300rs to my friend using my phonepe account, but unfortunately I sent it to her another phone no which no is not linked with her bank account, but 300 is debited from my account, kindly I request you plzz do favour as early as possible, , and am away from my bank branch so I can't contact my branch
