PhonePe — money credited then debited and then further not credited in my account

My friend send me Rs.5000 through phonepe app. Initially it was credited then debited and further not been credited to either of my friend or my account. Now PhonePe shows that Rs.5000 was credited successfully to my account having UTR:[protected]. But the amount is not credited to my account yet. It's been more that 10 hours and still no response from PhonePe team. What is the solution for this?
