PhonePe — Money debited 2 days back but has not reversed

Hi Team

I did a transaction of huge amount to and account. Money has been debited from my account but it has still not reached the recievers account. It has not been reversed back as well. Its been 2 days and I have not got a solution to this. Pls help me here as the amount is very high. I have commitments with that money and now it's stuck no where to go. Pls help the way forward asap on top priority.
