PhonePe — money debited but not credited to the receiver

I have sent money of Rs.1000 to SBI via phonepe.Money has been debited but not credited to the receiver. It has been 4 days still i didnt get any resolution from ur side. i have been contacting several times but department is not picking up the phone. i have sent a mail too. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE
