PhonePe — money debited from my account but did not credited to the receivers account

I HAVE SENT 11000 RS. TO MY FRIEND'S ACCOUNT WHOSE ACCOUNT IS IN PAYTM BANK ON[protected]. BUT HE HIS ACCOUNT IS NOT CREDITED WITH 11000 BUT I HAVE RECEIVED A SUCCESSFUL MESSAGE ON MY PHONE.

I am facing a lot of trouble and I have called phone pe several times still my problem is not getting resolved and I am not getting any positive response from your end.Please help me else I will be bound to take any legal action against you because Phone Pe is really a big name and receiving this kind of response is not expected.
