[Resolved]  PhonePe — Money deducted but neither credited to the receiver nor refunded back since 3 days

Money deducted but neither credited to the receiver nor refunded back since 3days. I made a payment to a merchant on 2nd march. The payment shows debited from my end but the merchant did not receive the money.
