PhonePe — money deducted but not credited in receiver account

Yesterday morning i've transfered ₹5000 through phonepe to a canara bank account. But the transaction was not failed it showing still pending. After that transaction again i transferred ₹100 to the same bank account it got successfully credits. While contacting phonepe customer support they were stated the money successfully debitted from my bank account but the receiver bank still didn't confirmed deposit. So i've contacted canara bank as per their customer support i found that they still didn't received any deposit for ₹5000 but strongly stated they received that ₹100 deposit instantly from phonepe. So it's all upto phonepe app glitch. So again contacted phonepe through chat support and voice support no one was gave a proper resolution or a reply they still states it's all canara bank's fault. I need a positive response please help.

I booked a tatkal ticket on irctc and used phonepe app to pay for it but my train ticket was not booked and the money was deducted from my bank account and even after contacting customer care i have not received a reply.
