PhonePe — money deducted but not credited in receivers account

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 501512

I sent 10000 rupees on[protected] from my sbi acnt to axis account, money deducted in sbi account but not credited in axis account. I enquired bank side and phone pe support no one is solve my issue, bank person saying that ur used 3rd party app so we r not responsible, and phonepe saying contact bank persons,,, i dont know what can i do so plz solve my issue

Good morning sir on 24.10.2019 i ll send to money of rupees 3600 to number [protected], so debited my account bout not credited to said account number, more over i ll raise the ticket bearing number 75407815 there is no use, please kind sir please solve the problem please credited amount on my account
