PhonePe — money got debited but not credited to another account

Sir,
On 9th july, 2019, i sent money (29000+10000=39000) to my father's account (Name - ajay rameshwar prasad, account no.- [protected]) through upi using phone pe app.
Amount get debited from my account but it hasn't been credited into my father's account yet. I'm attaching all the necessary details (Like utr, transaction i'd) regarding this.

It's been 8 days now. I don't get my money back.
